Terms of Service of CrewPayScan
Last Updated: July 11, 2026
Welcome to CrewPayScan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at crewpayscan.com, our private-preview request process, and any future services we may provide for sanctions screening workflows in maritime crew payments (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a private preview or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
CrewPayScan is currently in a validation/private-preview phase. Requesting access may give you an opportunity to review an early workflow concept for maritime crew payment screening. The workflow being explored may include:
- Uploading sample payroll or allotment CSV files for workflow review.
- Screening beneficiary and bank names to review possible matches.
- Marking records as reviewed, false positive, or needing follow-up.
- Exporting a sample audit report for internal workflow evaluation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Private Preview Request
3.1 Eligibility
You may request a private preview by providing your work email and optional details such as your name, company, role, approximate fleet or crew size, current screening process, and discovery-call preference. We do not guarantee access to the Services by receiving a request. Access is subject to availability and our discretion.
3.2 Communications
By opting into communications during sign-up, you agree to receive updates, research follow-up, and notifications about CrewPayScan’s private preview. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
